Senior Care Clinician with Skilled Nursing Facility (SNFist) to oversee LTC facilities in Central WA

Position Highlights
- Provide primary care services to senior care clients across contracted skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), adult family homes (AFHs), and assisted living facilities (ALFs).
- Serve as the Medical Director for individual SNFs.
- Collaborate with the SR Care Clinical Director and Program Manager to deliver integrated care tailored to patient and facility needs.
- Manage inpatient admitting, clinical care, and administrative responsibilities.
- Engage in geriatric-focused clinical care with a preference for internal medicine or geriatric medicine background.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
Practice Details
- Patient Volume: Average of 14 patients/day, typically at one facility/day.
- EMR: GEHRIMED.
- Location: Central Washington, known for its stunning scenery, outdoor activities, and vibrant local culture.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: with additional fellowship or productivity incentives.
- Oversite compensation: An additional $12,000-$16,000 per year.

Qualifications
- MD/DO or IMG equivalent.
- Completion of a US-accredited FM or IM Residency.
- Preference for Geriatric Medicine certification or FM/IM with geriatric qualifications (AMDA certification or training a plus).
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington.
- DEA certification and board eligibility/certification required.
- Strong professional references and credentialing approvals.
