Seeking dedicated and compassionate individual to provide specialized care to individuals facing serious illnesses. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for both patients and their families through patient-centered care.

Inpatient only, M-F 8am – 5pm with no call and no weekends.

Collaborate with teams to create holistic care plans

Support patients and families through difficult transitions

Advocate for the dignity and comfort of the patient

Palliative Care NP experience required.

ACHPN certification, or willingness to obtain, is preferred.
