• Join a tenured, high-performing cardiothoracic surgery team
• Perform the full spectrum of adult cardiothoracic surgery
• Established Structural Heart Program, including TAVR
• Collaborative call schedule shared among partners
• Dedicated Advanced Practice Provider support for inpatient rounding, clinic, and call responsibilities
• Balanced 4-day work week:
  • 3 days in the operating room
  • 1 day in the outpatient clinic
• Strong multidisciplinary collaboration with cardiology, vascular surgery, critical care, and anesthesia teams
