A respected, physician-led healthcare system is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join a dedicated Inpatient Psychiatry Unit. This full-time opportunity offers a structured schedule, strong interdisciplinary collaboration, and the ability to focus on high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care.

Position Overview

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for inpatient populations

• Manage medication and individualized treatment plans

• Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care

• Uphold clinical standards in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines

Schedule & Practice Model

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Monday–Friday schedule

• One weeknight on-call per week

• No weekend call required (optional if interested)

• Employed position within a stable, supportive health system

• Collaborative consultation with other clinical teams as needed
