A growing academic medical center along the beautiful Gulf Coast is seeking a full-time faculty Hematopathologist to join a collaborative and collegial pathology department. This is a faculty-level appointment with rank and salary commensurate with experience, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team advancing care, education, and research in the region.
Position Highlights:

Full-time academic faculty appointment

Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology required

Fellowship training in Hematopathology required

Active or eligible for medical licensure

Teaching responsibilities with a well-established residency program (12 residents)

Access to advanced diagnostic tools including molecular diagnostics, immunohistochemistry, and electron microscopy

Work with a high-volume service: approx. 19,000 surgical and 3,500 cytology cases annually

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across multiple hospitals and a cancer institute
