Build something exceptional. An established regional health system is seeking a full-time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with microvascular reconstruction expertise to help expand advanced surgical services across the Florida Panhandle. This is a rare opportunity to develop a microvascular free tissue transfer program while joining an established Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery service with a large regional referral base and strong institutional support.

As the region’s destination for trauma care, you’ll manage a broad spectrum of complex cases while helping expand head and neck oncology services through a growing academic partnership with a major state university.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Develop and lead an advanced microvascular reconstruction program
  • Focus on Head & Neck Oncology and free tissue transfer
  • Opportunity to grow a Transoral Robotic Surgery (TORS) practice
  • Additional interests in peripheral/orthopedic flap reconstruction or sleep surgery welcomed
  • Hospital-based practice with academic, teaching, and research opportunities
  • Shared Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery call (approximately 5–7 days per month)
  • Balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient practice
  • Join an established OMFS team with strong institutional support
