  • Established hematology/oncology practice with strong existing referral base and 11bay infusion suite, staffed by all chemo-certified RN staff
  • NP/PA support
  • Breaking ground in 2022 on a new facility to house all of Cancer Services in one location
  • Palliative Care Services provided through a multidisciplinary Symptom Management Team
  • Navigation Services including an Oncology Nurse Navigator with established referral relationships at regional academic/tertiary sites for specialty care and an Oncology Social Worker working collaboratively with community partners to support psychosocial needs

The Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Cardiology at this prestigious university is seeking a board certified invasive, interventional cardiologist to join a collaborative group of academic cardiologists. The division includes an established cardiovascular disease fellowship training program, an ICAEL accredited Echo lab and an ICANL accredited Nuclear Lab, and the regions only level I Trauma Center. Cardiac invasive and interventional services and a comprehensive cardiac surgery program are available. Commitment to clinical service and teaching duties are the highlights of this position. Research opportunities and faculty mentoring are also available.


Faculty expectations include:

 

  • Cath lab: performing, and supervising fellows, in diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures, head-up tilt table testing, and device implantations as applicable per qualifications
  • Non-invasive lab: usually limited to supervision and reading of nuclear stress test studies,
    including fellow and house staff supervision
  • Outpatient Cardiology Clinic: covering a wide patient referral base. Supervision of cardiology fellows' outpatient clinic
  • Inpatient and consult services: supervision and instruction of medical students, trainees in ACGME-approved internal medicine and family medicine residents, and cardiovascular disease fellows
  • Interdisciplinary teams: working collaboratively with other providers, trainees, and ancillary staff on quality initiatives, including the cardiothoracic surgery Heart Team quality improvement project

Preferred Skills: Peripheral diagnostic and interventional skills, peripheral vascular ultrasound imaging experience, Level II training in Nuclear Cardiology

  • Inpatient cardiology-focused role with a strong emphasis on collaborative care

Position Overview:
A well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Central Washington is seeking a Family Medicine or Family Medicine with OB physician to serve as Core Faculty for its rural residency track. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician passionate about teaching, mentorship, and community-based care to join a collaborative, mission-driven team.


Position Highlights:

  • Core Faculty role with formal teaching, mentoring, and advising of Family Medicine residents

  • Flexible 4-day workweek with dedicated time for resident education, admin, and clinical duties

  • Opportunity to include OB and call coverage (if desired)

  • Supportive, teaching-friendly culture and a highly engaged leadership team

  • Integrated care model with behavioral health, pharmacy, and case management support
