This 9 physician group located in the Florida Panhandle has been in practice since 1976. It is well established and well revered within the community and medical staff. The group is seeking a physician that wants to build a long-term career in the area and is offering partnership at the end of the second year. The group has 6 midlevel providers in addition to their physician staff and owns their own 27 exam room office building, in addition to an Ambulatory Surgical Center.
The call structure would be 1:10 with each physician taking a week at a time, plus 1 night per week. The practice is recruiting due to an increased need over the years for services and large referral base. The call coverage is for just one hospital in the area.
The group is open to experienced physicians, as well as fellows, however they are unable to support visas, but are open to FMGs.

As one of our anchor services, the group is looking to bring on a 5th Cardiothoracic Surgeon to help us grow our Integrated Cardiovascular Service Line and further strengthen our growing Quaternary care program.
The ideal candidate would be an established physician with experience and interest in adult cardiac, thoracic surgery, minimally invasive robotic techniques and the knowledge and interest to work on the arch. The ability to provide vascular services, TAVR and/or Endovascular services would be a plus. This position will also be open to current and recent Fellows.
The scope of practice currently includes all aspects of Adult Cardiac Surgery, On and Off-Pump CABG, Mitral Repair, an active TAVR program, arrhythmia surgery, as well as endovascular and open aortic surgery including dissection repair. A broad spectrum of thoracic surgical procedures are performed including minimally invasive lung resections, trans hiatal esophagectomy, and complex anti-reflux procedures.

Position highlights
- $600,000 salary guarantee
- Practice operates 8:00am-4:00pm, five days per week, in an outpatient setting
- Practice is integrated with radiation oncology and an outpatient infusion room in the same building
- Multidisciplinary team includes nurse navigation, social services and financial counseling
- Provider can expect to see approximately 15 to 18 patients per day and supervise one advanced practice provider
